Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@stridesociety.nz to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — in which case we'll cover the cost.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
